Summer will arrive soon and it is time to put on your sexy summer outfits, look beautiful and feel healthy and energized. Who doesn’t want to feel healthy and look good at the beach?! Our juices can help you in achieving that summer body, as they contain lots of health beneficial ingredients.

The most important thing during summertime is to drink enough water, as you will sweat more and consequently lose body water. The best is to drink 2 to 3 liters a day, depending on the hours spend in the sun and the intensity of your activities. There are a lot of fruits that contains a lot of water. For example, watermelon, cucumber, melon, tomate and pineapple. For the summer it will be good to drink juice with these fruits to keep hydration on a good level and absorb all the vitamins and minerals that the fruit and vegetables have.
